City Auto Glass (inside J&H Auto)

City Auto Glass was amazing to work with! The level of customer service I received upon first connection over the phone was so terrific. The representative helped me find a time that fit perfectly in my schedule. I ran a few minutes late to my appointment but they were exceptionally accommodating. I have an older car and they showed me some rust damage I was unaware of and then fixed the problem. It was efficient and I had to wait just a short time before it was completed. My new windshield is beautiful! Thank you so much for your excellent customer service all the way around.

City Auto Glass was exceptional and I’m NOT just saying that because they had a ton of candy sitting out for people to take! I would 10/10 recommend going there for any auto glass (or just glass in general) needs. I might even break one of car’s windows just for an excuse to go back! Even though they were busy, they got me in for an appointment faster than any other glass repair place, and then they finished my car sooner than anticipated. And the people who set up my appointment and then helped me when I arrived were so kind, helpful, and friendly. My car getting broken into was a stressful event, and City Auto Glass made it way less stressful. Many thanks!

City glass company is excellent. Did a very good job communicating, and went above and beyond with their work, even coming back to verify a potential problem and fixing a chip that had already occurred on the new windshield they put in.

Was told rear view mirror was broke but we had not broken it. Glued it on that didn’t even hold until car was driven 5 days later. Left horrible film on inside of windshield that I’m having trouble removing!

city auto is very professional with the install of rear window they got me scheduled in as soon as they could they vacuamed up the mess behind seat and pickup box ..wow ..was not expecting that so it was a surprise for me thanks for the good work and in a timely manner duke baudoin baudoin oil co inc
