Car wouldn’t start at a remote vacation rental. Brad drove the tow truck out (and impressively backed it down the rustic driveway) and gave us a jump. We followed back to the shop to test the battery and get some helpful advice. Fairly priced and friendly service.

Northbound from S. Texas to Thunder Bay, we stalled south of Silver Bay, MN with a faulty ignition coil. I checked some places online and liked what I'd seen about J&H Towing/Auto Repair a couple of miles away. I spoke to Basil, who sent a tow truck promptly and Ken, the driver and a company mechanic, had us in their shop in no time. They were busy but Basil knew the important timeline of our return so, once Ken had quickly diagnosed the issue, Basil arranged for a contact in Duluth to pick up the available part in Two Harbors and bring it to the shop. My family and I were on Vacation, when I noticed my tire Valve Stem leaking on our Tahoe. Called J&H 10 minutes before they closed we got there 5 minutes after closing and they were willing To keep a staff member around to take care of our tire for us. They did a great and fast job had us back on the road in 30 minutes.
