Buyer BEWARE - DO NOT buy from City Auto of Murfreesboro. I bought a used 2019 Honda HRV and it is not even 30 days and we are having major issues. They lied about the condition of the car. We decided to take the car to Honda for a pre-inspection, and they found three issues CVT transmission, engine air filter and shock absorbers needed to be replaced. We took it back to City Auto for it to be fixed since it was still under warranty. They only decided to fix the shock absorbers. I had to pay out of pocket for the rest. After we drove off thinking all was fixed, we started hearing a rattling sound in the back wheels. We took it back to Honda again to see if they could diagnose the problem. They immediately found the issue. The City Auto technician left a vice-grip/wrench stuck on the back

Found a truck online, messaged the online assistant and Jamie contacted me immediately. Set an appointment with Jamie to see and drive the truck. The truck was in excellent condition with low mileage and exactly what the internet showed as well as what Jamie described. I’m here in St. Louis Missouri in a vehicle that I just bought on Monday 11/24/25. It’s a 2021 GMC Yukon. The vehicle has completely shit down. My family & I are stuck on the side of the road. I am missing my uncles funeral. I have been calling CITY AUTO. They have stopped answering the phone for me at the car lot & I have tried to get in touch with the GM the floor manger & someone in customer service. No one will talk to me. Then the GM won’t get on the phone. He’s trying to have me talk to everybody else. He refuses to get on the phone.
