I've been putting off buying a new vehicle for a couple years now because who likes having a car payment, but finally started. I've never bought a new vehicle and had a couple very specific vehicles in mind. Ended up going to a couple dealers with no luck. Then found a vehicle at City Jeep and reached out. Dannica is the salesperson that contacted me. I was on vacation so wasn't very responsive but she stayed persistent. I was able to come in today and she met my wife and I right away. She had the vehicle pulled inside as it was raining and snowing. She explained everything clearly and had such a good energy about her. Even when I got a bit short during negotiations. A true pro. After surviving a dealership fiasco that could’ve been its own true-crime docuseries, I walked into City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Brookfield ready for round two — infant in hand, skepticism on max. Thankfully, this experience was a redemption arc. Now, let’s be real. They tried a few of the classic dealership moves. My first quote came back sky-high, then miraculously dropped about $36/mo. once I declined add ons & their “Gap protection that lowers your payment” but raised the loan by $1000 (…sure, lol). There was also a $399 theft protection “add-on” that apparently wasn’t optional — which sounds suspiciously like the definition of optional, but I digress. The $831 UCI (Used Certified Inspection) fee wasn’t my favorite either. They say it’s mandatory, which, in my opinion, means
Outstanding selection! I was treated kindly from the start and through out the whole transaction. I was introduced to several of the managers, all very personable and professional. Danica, my sales person, did a great job explaining my 2026 Ram and went above and beyond what was expected. I didn’t take delivery of my vehicle for a week because I was going on vacation the same day. She coordinated transportation from the dealership to the airport and they picked me up when I returned. While I was gone, she had my truck detailed and coordinated my sprayed bed liner. Thank you for going above and beyond my expectations with your great pricing and service, i will be back!
I went to City Jeep to see if they were interested in buying my Jeep Wrangler. Their salesperson Andrej was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. His calming personality is a real bonus for anyone who gets stressed out purchasing a vehicle. I've had three interactions with City Jeep and they were all positive. I strongly recommend them!!
Had a clutch/warranty repair and oil change and tire rotation. Dealership did not order parts ahead of time, and did not tell me it may take up to a week (took 12 days) for my Jeep to get repaired. When I retrieved my vehicle, there were signs making me believe the oil change and related inspection checklist was not completed, such as no mylar sticker indicating the next service, the oil wear sensor was not reset, and the windshield wiper fluid was nearly empty. The service advisor indicated the mechanic who completed the clutch work also did the oil change and must have "forgotten" these items. I find it hard to believe that the mechanic, with a billing rate of $230 per hour would be completing these comparatively easy tasks, instead of the regular express lube guys/lane that could ha
