Extremely honest and super nice staff! I had such a positive experience with their tow truck driver, Russell who drove all the way out to my home to tow my disabled car. After talking to me for bit, Russell asked if he could check to see if the battery was the problem. He quickly got it running and then offered to follow me up to O'Reilly's to get a new battery. The car died again on the way there, but Russell threw his caution lights on and got out while cars honked at me, etc. He jumped it again and then he stayed with me and my son (who has special needs) until my wife could come and meet us. Russell is an amazing worker with a heart of gold! He made a stressful situation so much better! I was more than happy to pay the service call fee only, because we didn't need the tow to get it to
