City Motor Express Lube

I travel full-time towing my small travel trailer with my 2022 Toyota Tundra. I was still for an oil change and called City motor Express lube. They were able to book me for the day I would be spending here in Great falls. At no other time in my travels, was a Toyota dealer able to do an oil change for me without scheduling out one to two weeks. So, the express lube option is great. I wish more Toyota dealers would adopt this. Other brands have this sort of thing available at most of their dealers. In any event, my oil change went well, service was fast, and the attending service person was very friendly and helpful.

This is by far the best service department in Great Falls. Nick is extremely knowledgable, friendly and helpful; although he is very busy, he takes the time to give his undivided attention to each customer. I have purchased two used cars here (from Nate) and the sales department is fantastic as well! Highly recommend this place!

The team was courteous and very professional. With COVID some waiting areas they normally offer weren't available. The service technicians were fast and even washed my vehicle. Mr. Perry made sure I was taken care of even as it was not his normal department when I made my appointment.

I've dealt with City Motors for many, many years. Always recommend them.
