City Rent A Truck

I would say the customer service. Is beyond the 5 stars. We needed a Van for something special on Saturday and one of the employees came in on their day off. Just so we could rent it and not have to pay extra time

thisnplace was the most accomodating and helpful and i was able to conduct my businessjof retrieving my 4000lb crate from chicago after it arrived to the sea port warehouse there. i am new to shipping/importing and had theeee worst time trying to find a freight forwarder that would work with me as an individual (not a business) and for anything that was reasonable in cost ($1600- 4000 plus the need to rent a forklift capabke of pulling the crate off the truck... another $600/day) with City Rent a Truck and the help of Andrew and L'Daria(sp? did i make it too french??) i was able to retrieve my crate for the cost of the 11' flatbed for 2 whole days plus fuel (total about $850!!!) you guys are the biggest life savers ever!!!

Rented an F150 4-door Crew to move from VA to MO using a uhaul trailer. The mileage fee was pretty big, but still a lot better than uhaul. Budget and Avis wouldn't allow us to tow a trailer. 😯 Truck was decent although you can't check tire pressure from the info center in a Ford unless it's in PARK . Wish they had told us that the rear seat FOODS UP! Could gave really used the extra cargo space! First truck had bunch of tar in back so they gave us another one. Neither truck was what I would call washed clean. But we were taking it through some rough weather anyway. Although a clean WINDSHIELD would have been nice. We actually rainX'd it for THEM. 😁 I was able to leave my vehicle parked in their lot which was much more convenient than having to get a ride there and back. We would definitel
