City Tire Auto Center Inc

Rip off. Charged $50 for just tire change ( tire not included). However their rate list says $25. Couldn’t agree more with other reviews they will overcharge you.

Joe’s Mobil guy took over and he is trusted plain spoken very good mechanic

This place was highly recommended by several people and so I finally decided to bring my car here for some engine work. I found out after having the work done that Tommy, the original owner, sold it months ago. After my car was finished, I was given a final price which we agreed upon, and when I paid for the car, they added an additional $300 to the bill. I mentioned to them that this was not the agreed upon price, but they were dishonest and did not make good on their word. Wouldnt go back, that being said, the work they did on my car thus far seems to be good work.

Should have listened to other bad reviews that’s on me….. Took them 7 hours to put on two tires and do an oil change which they over charged for by a decent amount . Told me I had a bent front axle arm which was a lie. Didn’t do the NYS inspection that I asked until I got there, then told me I didn’t ask for that and I had to wait around for an extra hour. Charged me a 4 percent credit card fee without telling me which is illegal. I never leave reviews because I’m not a picking person and things happen but this place is run by a con artist.

Tom at the front is wonderful and kind. I have an older car and have taken it in two times where they were able to get the work done the same day. Prices for older BMWs can get crazy but they were fair and honest, not easy to find that kind of mechanic but will continue to use them in the future and recommend to anyone in need of an auto shop!
