Great people and very fast and professional. And was very careful getting my car on the flatbed

I called them on a Saturday, and they informed me that the car scrapping services was only done M-F so I called back later in the week. Fast service, great customer service, and friendly employees! The employee came and got my car, hooked her up, and had me follow them to the yard where I handed over the title and my ID while they weighed the car. It didn't take more than 5 minutes to weigh and they paid me in cash. Since I was a little bit out of city limits of Springfield on the north-east end, they charged me $15 and took it off of the total payout from the weight of the car. No problem! Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my service. City Wide Towing greatly exceeded my expectations!

I was stuck in the middle of the highway with a completely dead car. Traffic was backed up and City Wide showed up. The initial call to get this started was kind, respectful and understanding of the situation and wasted no time getting to me. Mike was the driver and was the coolest dude. Got me where I needed with a smile on his face. Thank you!
