CJM Roadside Assistance

Just after having a celebration of new life with my family, my sister leaves to go home and blows her tire out and she also needed a jump!! All while being on the feeder!!! I googled 24/7 tire assistance near the Galleria area and Jovan was there to save the night! He got to us very quickly, 15 minutes tops! He made sure my mom, sister and I were all safe, standing back away from the cars coming off the freeway and down the street! Not to mention, his prices are affordable!!! Jovan was extremely nice, patient, and understanding of the situation as well! I highly recommend him to anyone! Thanks Jovan! 10/10 🚗☑️

MR. CJ WAS AMAZING. Communication 10/10 Service speed 10/10 Professionally trained 10/10 Tire could make it no longer to the tire shop I called and ASSURED me he would be there and made do on his word.

Went to Auto Zone to get a replacement headlight and my hood wouldn’t pop open for the employee helping me to check and see if he could change it for mr. He happened to see CJM Roadside helping another customer in the parking lot and asked if he could help pop the hood open for me after finishing with the customer he was working on. He did so for free! He didn’t have to do that and could have very well charged since he doesn’t work for or with Auto Zone so that was very nice! You can tell he takes his business very serious and is very professional! Thank you!

Incredible service—he reached my toddler daughter and me in just 10 minutes! He was honest about everything and worked efficiently. Compared to past experiences, this was by far the smoothest. Highly recommend if you’re ever stuck on the side of the road—definitely give him a call. He even managed to remove a stubborn, twisted tire, and had both tires taken care of within an hour. Truly a great mechanic!
