Cruz N Carz on Main Street

I’ve been going to this location 2121 N. Main street for 20 years for annual auto inspections. This is the best I’ve seen this place. The new owners have done good giving this place an updo. They offer so much more than inspections now. As a woman, I was impressed with the decor, the customer service and most importantly the education. The technician didn’t have to but was respectful (didn’t talk doen to me) and gave me great information. The prices he gave for the work to be done were on par with recommended pricing and in my budget. Please, do business with this small business. We need more honest car repair places that take care of us cruz’en ladies. They keep the grease outside and the glitz inside. PS The women’s bathroom was clean.

Great service. Nicole provided excellent customer service from start to finish. She was very polite, kept a warm smile the entire time, and even offered water and coffee while I waited. Small gestures like that really make a big difference. This location is lucky to have her.

Love coming here! New owners have really spiced this place up for the better. I've been coming here for years. Great job to the new owners. Came in for an inspection. Est time was 35 mins. Great staff! Very friendly 😊 I'll be back next year and will let everyone I know to come here.

They were very busy when I got there, and they quoted me a 45 minute wait time, but It was actually only 25 minutes. They were quick and efficient with the inspection and I was very happy. Their staff was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They offered water, coffee and even free ice cream. I would definitely recommend Cruz N Carz.

I took my Wife's car in to get the brakes and rotors serviced and do the state inspection, not only did I get amazing service and advice from Brian but the job was done quick and very well done definitely will be recommending friend and family over here and pricing is very competitive! Shout out to Brian and Amethyst both made the atmosphere super friendly and welcoming!!! 100 out of 10
