He was very knowledgeable about how to do the job properly. He also fixed damage left by another company that had replaced my side window—at no additional cost. Charles handled everything with the insurance company, so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. He did a spectacular job changing out my windshield and explaining the details to me today and I didn't even have to leave work! He even transferred my Epass sticker to the new windshield!
