Ordered the new TH350 5-friction direct clutch piston. I see several complaints about shipping. Following the UPS tracking for my order, a UPS label was created. No further tracking. After a week or so, still no UPS tracking movement. Even used the UPS AI function and it said what I already knew. Contacted CK and Michelle looked into it - it had indeed shipped. Still no movement from the UPS website tracker. Now I am nervous. Contacted Michelle and she again said it shipped. Still waiting. UPS tracker still dead in the water. Contacted Michelle to see what she could find out on her end at UPS. Was told it would arrive "tomorrow." Sure enough it did and all of a sudden, the day after Michelle told me it was to arrive, the UPS tracker shows all the details that had not been available the day

DO NOT ORDER! I wish I could make anyone aware of this scam. Waited a month with no communication and when I did get in touch not them contacting me I got in touch it was nothing but excuses. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Like others said, I should have read the reviews. I think this company started with good intent and the main tranny guru seems to REALLY know his stuff, but the client admin support folks are killing this business. These folks did not send a receipt via email, they did not bill the correct credit card (somehow they got a hold of an old credit card when I purchased something 4 years ago - scary they are keeping this stuff on file!), they shipped the 4L80E separator plate to the wrong address twice, and will not return emails or phone calls to address this. Finally opened up a dispute with my credit card company to get my $$$ back and ordered from elsewhere. It's a shame too - I think these guys could be great.

Weeks without returning calls or even answer the phone. Spent thousands on a valve body and parts that didn’t make it more than a few hours of operation without a malfunction. The one time he does answer he says he will call back after his lunch at 130 pm but says he won’t help without pressure readings without letting me explain why I didn’t get any readings or ask a yes or no question he hangs up the phone. And never calls back. I wish I would have went with Jake’s instead.

Ordered some parts for a 200r4 build, after a few days I had to call to see why it hadn't shipped. I was told they were waiting for a part that was out of stock but had just came in. They expidited the shipping and everything arrived on time. Very happy with their communication and service. Have ordered from them again too, and everything was shipped and received fast.
