RetroClean Detailing - Bayside

I was frustrated at first because I had to reschedule after they showed up two hours late to my original appointment. On the day of the rescheduled appointment, the detailer carefully inspected my car which was already in rough shape from flooding, with a strong odor and mold. He explained that the higher package I had selected still wouldn’t fully solve the problem, and suggested a lower option instead, as the carpet and padding would probably need to be replaced. Even though the experience started off frustrating, I appreciated his honesty and professionalism. If you’re looking for a reliable detailing service, I would recommend them.

RetroClean Detailing did an amazing job detailing my car last week. They came highly recommended from a friend so I was excited to try them out. It was incredibly easy booking the service on their website and they were at my house 2 days later!! My car was a wreck because I never have any time to go to a car wash and I have young kids that make a mess in it. They brought all their own equipment and supplies and my car was sparkling just 4 hours later. I highly recommended them and will definitely be calling them for maintenance. Thank you so much!!

New review 8/17: The day after I posted my previous review, I received a call from the business reaching out to address the situation, which I truly appreciated. They offered a sincere apology, and I decided to give them another chance by rescheduling my appointment. Fast forward to today — I’m very happy with the results. My car looks and feels brand new. They were a bit late from the appointment time but extremely thorough, especially with removing pet hair and any lingering odors, which was my main concern. I’m glad I decided to give them another chance. The gentleman arrived early and fully equipped to throughly clean and detail my car. We were able to confidently leave the vehicle with them for 2 hours while we completed errands. Excellent job and service start to finish! Highly recommended!

I was happy that they took me in last minute, one of the team members showed up to my home and quickly set up for the service. Once done I have to say I was not particularly impress with it. It was a good interior clean up but outside there where some small details left behind, like big on front bumper and even a stain that I was able to remove with my finger. Will check them out again. Overall they are ok, I guess really depends on how picky you are.
