This is absolutely the cleanest mechanic shop ive ever seen! The lobby shines service is phenomenal and all the mechanics are so helpful and caring! They've gone out of their way to help anyone, above and beyond what they have to and all with a smile! The manager is on top it all! Hes very involved and passionate with the work his mechanics do and is super helpful with guests. I highly recommend using Point S! You guys rock🤘💪👏!

After a blown out tire in our family RV 26 miles out of West Yellowstone on Rte 191 in National park territory, Point S saved my family and I with great service too. AAA can’t service there because it’s a national park or something like that. Fair prices despite the whole town being touristy and a little expensive, but the really kind people working there are what made it 5stars. Came out to my RV to put a new tire on and aired up the others to the same PSI to be safe… would recommend.

While vacationing in our motorhome in Yellowstone we developed a flat tire on our rig. These tires were just installed in California and were brand new. We suspected an issue with the valve stem or the bead seating on the tire as opposed to a puncture. We contacted Goodyear for the warranty on tires manufactured by them and installed by their shop. We got nothing but the run around. It would be many hours (or even days) to have someone respond from Cody, Wyoming or Idaho Falls. One of the car’s brakes started locking up as we were coming down from Yellowstone. After figuring out how to temporarily release it, we dropped the car at this shop for help. The next day, instead of getting a call with a diagnosis, we had to call them ourselves—only to be told that several parts of the braking assembly supposedly needed replacement, and the shop had already ordered the parts without our consent.
