I received great service from Trent, the store manager. Albert from the shop around the corner my the gas station referred me to Napa after my truck wouldn't start. Tent installed the battery for me. I'm grateful for the great customer service and assistance I received. I didn't expect any help, I only wanted to borrow tools, and Trent went out of his way. Thank you, Trent!

I stopped at this NAPA and needed a replacement part. Waylon went above and beyond — he helped me identify the correct part, made sure it would fit, and even offered to loan me the tool to install it. It’s rare to find that level of service and genuine kindness these days. Thanks to Waylon and the team for turning a stressful situation into a great experience!

Outstanding!!! Would give 10 Stars if possible! Was out of state visiting Yellowstone and brakes. Brakes got shot on the mountains. Was very helpful to lone tool needed and had the exact parts needed to get us back on the road. Thanks a million!

I cannot rate this place highly enough. On a cross county road trip in a van. The van sprang a coolant leak in Yellowstone, and we had just enough to make it to this Napa. We came in 10 minutes before closing and the attendant named Trent stayed for an extra 40 minutes helping us troubleshoot and eventually fixing the car himself. His wife and kids were there waiting for him, and he still insisted on working on our van until it worked again. Without his kindness and dedication to his work, we would still be stranded in West Yellowstone. Truly could not ask for a better experience.

After having to deal with an unfortunate flat tire on my rental car, I have NAPA a call and had the pleasure of talking to Nick who told me to bring the car by and he'd help me fix it. Not only did he show me the parts to buy, he went out of his way to take the tire off my car and repair it himself. He was extremely kind and generous. Nick is seriously an amazing person who knows his stuff. Absolutely recommend the place for anyone needing guidance with car issues. Thank you again Nick!
