Clairmont Crest - 55+ Active Adult Community

Shortly after unexpected death of my husband, Cathy, the administrator at that time offered me a furnished apt as it had been a model apt. I was moving from Hawaii & was so blessed to b offered that. My time at Clairmont Crest was most enjoyable & I met so many good friends, Mary, Sherry, etc. Since the furniture did not belong to me, I left it there. Of course, when moving back to Hawaii as it was the property of Clairmont Crest. New management came in after I left & did not understand everything I left belonged to Clairmont Crest. It is a very convenient location, & I am sure it is even better now. I would go back as I am returning to Georgia & looking for an apt like I enjoyed at Clairmont Crest.

This is the best maintained, best managed apartment complexes this 50+ yo has ever lived in. My apartment is newly renovated, and smartly appointed. The grounds are well landscaped and maintained immaculately. When I submitted a maintenance request one evening, a maintenance person was there early the next morning. The building interiors are kept immaculate, and the common areas are well appointed and inviting. Building management is accessible, and responsive to requests and suggestions. I've lived in houses/condos for the last 20 years, so I actually didn't know apartment living could be this good at this price point. In short, I'm very impressed.

Clairmont Crest is the first place that I visited when searching for my forever home. I had the privilege of meeting Brittany, leasing consultant, who made me feel like family. She is professional, respectful, accurate, witty, charming, attentive, thorough and just a all around great ambassador for this community. I truly thank Brittany for her insight and inspiration for allowing me to make the decision to live here

This is a truely lovely place. Nancy Dungan, Property Manager, is superb. This place runs so smoothly and she is so helpful. The maintenance is outstanding. Javier fixes everything so quickly and does a great job. It fits all our needs. The activities are fun. The people who live here are so positive. Ryan in the office goes the extra mile. I cannot say enough positive things about Clairmont Crest. Come join us. 4/27/2024 I had to return to rave about this place. I found another treasure in the office. Dana goes the extra mile. We had a wonderful picnic at Old Mason Mill. Nancy really outdid herself with planning this. She even included vegetarian options. Nancy always goes beyond and delivers excellence!

I love living here, the property is very well maintained and the staff is great. The surrounding community has everything one could possibly need.
