I had a problem with a rare size tire every shop in town turned me away. Specifically a 13" failing tire on a problematic electric scooter I own. These guys are down to earth good people who were more than happy to at least try to remedy my problem. And they did in matter of minutes. Honest & don't over charge & sell ya stuff you don't really need. There isn't another tire shop in this town I'd recommend but this one. Their the only ones who didn't treat me like a stupid idiot that they didn't have the time for. And for that? I owe them great deal of gratitude and a very Big Thank You.

Had my change oil light pop on while heading out of town on a 300 mile trip.... They were fast.. Efficient... And noticed that, had I gone on my trip... My back tires most likely wouldn't have made it. Life Savers and just as Awesome as the one in the Valley!! You Rock Clark's 😁🇺🇲

I was headed to Mount Vernon Washington. I stopped at a national chain quick lube 5 minutes before they opened. It took them about 15 minutes to get set up to let the first car in. I was second in line. They told me it would take over half an hour probably 45 minutes before they could get to me. I called Clark's Lube Express later in the afternoon just before I left town. I asked how long it would take to get me in and how long it would take. Jason answered the phone, he said they were backed up as everybody was in town. Since I knew I needed my automatic transmission fluid topped off. He said he would squeeze me in and top it off for free. He told me that on the phone without hesitating. My 2015 Kia Soul was acting weird, loss of power, lack of acceleration but no engine light was on. Although i had recently had a 60,000 mile service done at Kia, they failed to change spark plugs and wires. After Clarks did the tune-up my Kia Soul runs great. Easy to work with, very friendly and knowledgeable crew. I was very impressed with the customer service.

Very efficient and friendly staff. I can usually just pull up and have my oil changed right away. Everyone has also been very helpful and honest about things in my car that needed to be serviced, and nobody was pushy or trying to up-sell.
