I’d give 10 stars if I could! I was directed to Classic Towing via GM Roadside Assistance. Our EV had a 12v battery failure and was stranded in a parking lot. Though he claimed no expertise in the operation of EVs, Jeff totally came to my rescue. He spent over an hour and a half with me navigating the steps necessary to get the vehicle on his flatbed truck - no small feat with this locked-up EV. The dealership told me there was little we could do and we’d likely have to drag the truck onto the flatbed, but Jeff refused to give in to potentially damaging the vehicle doing that. He patiently worked his way through all his tricks and eventually had the truck running. He kept a sense of humor, made me feel safe and way over-delivered. I couldn’t be more grateful for his expertise and tenacity.

If I could give more stars I would. Thank you so much Rupert for saving us out there. It was a late night tire blow out, that turned into a tow. And he even still replaced my flat with my spare so I could get a new tire without hassle. Truly truly so so grateful. Great communication from the moment he got my call to when he was arriving. Customer service skills 5 stars, communication 5 stars, knowledgeable 5 stars, skill set 5 stars. Thankful, grateful and will always be calling this service if I’m ever in another bind. Austin was great in towing my car. He was careful throughout the process to make sure my car wasn't damaged. My ball joint dislocated so the wheel couldn't spin. He got it on a sled to make sure it wouldn't get damaged and took extra effort to jack it up to get the car off the truck bed. He got there quick and worked efficiently to get us out of traffic. The entire time he was very friendly which helped during a stressful situation. Austin, your caution when handling my car meant that I was able to get it up and running again easily, thanks so much for your help! I will definitely be going back to Classic for any emergencies on the road.

Ryan went above and beyond to help my family and me during a stressful situation. Not only did he arrive quickly and handle our vehicle with care, but his kindness truly stood out. I mentioned that my feet were cold, and without hesitation, he offered me a pair of socks. That small act of compassion meant so much it reminded us that there are still good-hearted people in the world. Ryan didn’t stop there he made sure our family was safe, comfortable, and even helped us find one of the best mechanics in Denver, Colorado.
