I brought my car in due to a hit and run. My insurance paid for the damages and repair on my car, however had to pay a deductible. Classic automotive took my car in right away, and had my car ready the day before they said that it would be done. I was not able to get there until after hours and wanted to pay cash for my deductible. Shawn stayed an hour after closing so I can hand in my deductible and get my car. Shawn was very pleasant and helpful. The work that was done in my car looked amazing. Thank you so much!

Be careful when dealing with this garage, especially when processing a claim with your insurance. They gave an estimate to the insurance to work on my wife's car, estimate was about 5k. They took the car in, ran up a bill of about 12k and stated on their itemized list that they fixed a bunch of stuff that wasn't fixed. One thing was that they replaced the axle assembly, but I get under the car and still the old used parts and not only that but now transmission fluid is leaking everywhere through the axle shaft. Wife calls them to let them know there is still issues and they tell her she would need to pay out of pocket even though her insurance just paid them 12k to make the car whole again. Now back on the phone with the insurance agent and he isnt happy with them either. I'm sure they are

Three times, my household has used Classic for collision repair work - just this year. Every time has been fantastic. The finished product looks great and car drives great. Highly recommend.

The reception and mechanics are wonderful. I ended up here when my car was hit, and they were on the list of shops from my insurance company. After an exceptional experience, I went back for a personal repair. They went above and beyond to get my car quickly fixed and saved me as much as they could in the process. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

Terrible experience several years ago. Was in an accident that was not my fault and totalled my vehicle. They towed it to classic. The following morning I go to get my house keys and they refused to give them to me. I literally had to go to the police station and a very nice officer went and got my keys for me. Once the red tape cleared with the insurance company their attitude changed. I couldn't believe they would hold my house key and motorcycle key. I was furious!!
