Brought my car in on an emergency as I lost my brakes on my way to work. After they took a look, I picked up my car and less than 2 miles down the road my hood flew up and smashed my windshield, destroyed my hood hinges and tore my side panels where the hood connects. Can't trust them to properly close a hood, definately dont trust them with larger safety issues. They claimed they never opened the hood, yet they compressed my caliper which requires them to open the hood to release the brake fluid cap. Either they are incompetent or petty, but either way, stay away.

Great service! My alternator and belts were busted and they replaced them the same day. Louie was very nice. Triple A members get a little discount here.

They charged me $450 for a $200 starter. Then, confirmed my car was being towed back to my house, but my car never showed. Multiple calls to AAA. Police involved. Thought car was lost or stolen. Turns out, their tow driver never actually took the car off their lot & it was sitting their all night with key on the front seat - PLUS, the towing company is owed by this very garage... I reached out to the owner & no response - worst experience I've ever had with a mechanic

We have a 30ft motor home and it would not start the day we were leaving for Florida. ( January ). We call good Sam’s and they sent and whistles tow truck to get us jumped. We followed them back to the garage and they tested it and said that we needed a starter. The next day they had us up and running and we were able to get out to Florida. We definitely will use enter whistles for our service from here on in. Thank you and his garage

Mice decided to total my car. Insurance was not giving fair value. Entwhistles helped guide me through the process and get a fair value from insurance. Great customer service. Honest and good people!
