I went to get my car serviced and my friend and i saw a beautiful car a 2026 Buick Enclave, 3 row seats, all the things you love on it and priced, (I'll say nicely) see Mr. Tommareio Martin the client manager, I may be back one day and get it. Look for me. I have a 2021GMC Terrain and I love it. a change is coming though., all that are looking for a new ride go see him.

I recently visited GMC Classic Dealership Service Department in Texarkana after driving an hour and a half to get my check engine light diagnosed. Unfortunately, my technician Dillon wasn’t available, and I didn’t want the trip to be wasted, so Kenny helped me instead. Everything was fine until I was told the issue wouldn’t be covered under my current warranty and the repair would cost just under $1,100. I wasn’t prepared for that, so I declined the repair. That’s when I was informed I would be charged for labor — something that was never mentioned upfront when I dropped the vehicle off. The labor fee for one hour came out to $223, even though I had already waited two hours, and after paying, I waited another two hours just to get my vehicle back. Hands down the most disappointing service experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. Communication was almost nonexistent, and when I asked to speak with the service manager, I was told they were too busy. I expected at least a basic level of professionalism, but that never happened. I’ll be filing a complaint with the BBB, and I strongly suggest taking your vehicle elsewhere if you value your time and money. When I finally picked it up, the check engine light came back on before I even made it to the gas station. I turned around and went straight back, only to be told they didn’t know when they could even look at it again. That was the last straw. I then called Morgan GMC in Bossier City, and they immediately diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and scheduled me for next week. That

My wife absolutely loves her new Yukon! Aaron, Steve, AJ and Abe all played a part in answering questions that we had, and put us at ease through the whole process. Unfortunately, that is not how it always is in purchasing a vehicle. We do not have any buyer's remorse, but are confident in what he have, and how we were treated.

Drove 2hrs with proper documentation to have them cut a new key for my GMC since it broke. They told me that the car had to be present for them to be able to program it. They did show me a way to start the car so I would be able to bring it in. Took it to Fort Smith today where the dealership there explained that the car didn't have to be there to be programmed. He explained what I had to do (turn it on with the current programmed key, turn it off, insert new key, turn on, turn off). Paid for my new key, thanked him profusely for not trying to rip me off, and proceeded to program the new key myself.
