I would give 0 starts but 1 is the lowest. However, I came in with a friend because I was in the market for a new car. Upon arrival, there was nobody outside to greet or welcome us to their business as most big dealerships do. I found that pretty odd, we sat in the car for a few minutes prior to coming in just looking at the visible cars in the lot, still no salesman or nothing. I went inside with my friend and witnessed something very disturbing. I’m not certain what the guy with the bald head is named but he is RUDE. The tone and demeanor he had towards my friend (who is an actual customer) was insane. He spoke to her as a child rather than a customer. He told her multiple times that “i have nothing to discuss with you” and telling me how I should be “more appreciative” in her situation.

Tropical auto sales was the best car dealership I’ve been to. Ashley and Steven were the most helpful and knowledgeable people about the cars on the lot, showed me so many cars and made sure I knew what I needed to know.

How does one tell the story of getting a dream 2016 GMC Denali 4X4 Ultimate version, sans the 6.2 L motor that I did not want, with less than 30k miles and in perfect condition....FOR WHOLESALE cost! You tell them John and TJ, the owner and Lead Salesman, respectively, dealt with me like I was family. All agreements were kept, easily negotiated with zero drama or stress to allow me to trade-in a 2012 GMC Sierra SLE Z-60 truck. Best part is I was allowed to put down $500 to hold the truck for a month pending a nuclear engineering job offer. The job went to someone else but the truck came home with me anyway! So awesome is the truck and my appreciation for their business approach and my experience, I delivered two bottles of choice for their drinking enjoyment yesterday. Word of insight, go
