I had a great experience at Classic Chevrolet in Cleburne. Aaron, the service writer, was excellent—clear communication, professional, and easy to work with. The work on my car was completed very quickly, and everything was explained clearly along the way. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. I will definitely be using them for all future service needs.

Called, setup an appointment for an oil change and various ck ups before my trip to Florida. Arrived and Carlos got my truck in asap. Classic has a nice waiting area and after about an hour it was ready to go! I live in Granbury there are closer dealerships but I know they’ll take care of me. No worries when I drive out. Drove about 1900 miles with no issues, as I expected.

I waited in my car for nearly ten minutes after pulling up into service area. There were two service associates sitting at their computers and neither one came out. I finally went inside and told them I was there for an appointment. I've never not been greeted outside before. It was a different experience. Other than that they have always been kind and punctual.

Thomas Payne was very friendly and helpful. I returned to the service area to replace a module that was bad on my used car. They got it done in a timely fashion and checked a few extra things that I asked them to. So everything was great. Lovin' my new wheels!
