Tire Store Service Center

There are many great tire stores in Cleburne, but this is one of the best. Eli and Sabrina have gone above and beyond every time I have gone. From aligning my Mustang with aftermarket K member to perfect balance on tires, they have done it all at very reasonable prices. I wish I knew the names of some of the other employees that have been there a long time, thank you all for everything you guys do.

These guys are the BEST! I had just left my home to go to town for an errand, when my tire light turned on... I've never had to change a tire by myself before, nor do i know how to lol... And although i CAN put air in a tire, i trust someone else over myself 😂🤣... So i was at a red light when i looked for the nearest tire shop on Google maps and it chose this tire shop! When i arrived, i pulled up close to the garage and asked the guy inside the garage if the spot where i was parked was good for getting air... He looked at me and said, "no English", so i walked inside the shop and asked the gentleman inside who to talk to about getting my tires checked and filled if i needed air. Thought they had the tires I needed, but did not actually have them after waiting a while. Before I even had time to get upset they offered a much better tire for basically the same price. Won’t buy tires anywhere else. There are good people out there still.

This place is great. I pulled in and they got my tires mounted within 30 min or so, no appointment. The lady at the desk was helpful and made sure everything was taken care of. This isn't a big deal to me because I check my tire pressure regularly and fixed it in a few minutes but the pressure was different in all tires. Something like 37, 42, 46, and 49 which is not good if you leave them that way for any extended amount of time. Anyway, besides that they did a great job.

Sierra, at the front counter is super nice, friendly, and helpful. I came to them in despair from a previous bad mechanic's work. Justice was the mechanic at The Tire Store Service Center that did the diagnostic on my car. He was so nice, helpful and patient with me. He did a thorough diagnostic on my car and found multiple issues. He was very honest ,transparent, and explained things in terms so I could understand. He even typed it up so I could give it to my husband to review. I was there for several hours,each employee that came in the building was very nice and acknowledged the customers sitting and waiting. Wonderful experience!!!!!
