If I could give this Service Department and management at this dealership I would. I went to pick up my vehicle on yesterday from this service department only to be lied on, over charged and don't care about the loyalty of their customers I would rather drive to the service department in Grapevine, TX or even Port Lavaca before I will ever come back here ever again. All they will do to their customer is pass the buck. Never Again! And my review of this place still is a Zero Star! The only person that I will give a 5 star too would be my shuttle driver Ms. Hannah she is awesome. From a very dissatisfied customer.

I’ve never had a bad experience from service. HOWEVER, they really really love to upcharge. For example, a $15 cabin air filter takes 10 mins to change AT MOST. And these people wanted to charge me $100 to change it. Another example, Husband needs a fuel filter. They told me $200 for fuel filter replacement. The fuel filter costs $23. If you can do it yourself, just do it yourself. You’ll literally save hundreds of dollars.
