This was my first time at this shop! My new Elantra was struck. Hit and run and whole driver side bumper damaged. Rich and Tim were beyond helpful dealing with insurance and getting me new parts on my new car instead of using used ones! Insurance was a great problem! I appreciated the honesty and loyalty of them telling me the truth about insurance using used parts which was not acceptable!! Very happy with the shop and whenever I called they were kind and updated me promptly.
They are the best from the two Gentlemens in the office are amazing 👏, thank you also dont forget the mechanics awesome job also a shot out to my Friend that wash my car it was a mess when I turn my car in and he did a hell of a JOB !!! MY apologies I didn't tip him i was so sick with my stomach virus but I will be there before Friday because you earn it !!! Love yall I recommend them to anyone an I leave up Northeast and I still went to them .5🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
Tim and his staff are absolute phenomenal. Being involved in an accident is stressful enough but everyone here went out of their way to help, explain the process, and the steps taken. Tim and Kyle at Classic Coachwork in Upper Darby were fantastic from start to finish. The service was quick, expert, and incredibly professional. Unlike some places that keep your car forever, they got it fixed promptly and kept me updated every step of the way. In today’s world, it’s rare to find this level of customer care. These guys not only did excellent work, but they also made dealing with the insurance company feel a lot less stressful. I truly can't thank the team enough!
Classic Coach Auto Repair is hands down THE auto repair shop in the Philadelphia area! They did a phenomenal job in repairing the bumper of my 2023 Nissan Sentra. They also, gratis, removed concrete acid that had blemished my Black SUV. They made it look brand new! If you need an auto repair, go to Classic Auto Repair of West Chester! They have a superb team and truly care about their customers! 5-Stars ⭐️
