Took my wife’s 2020 Honda Pilot for inspection and oil change a few weeks ago, and today visited New Executive Auto Repair for new front and back brake pads. Ali is by far one of the nicest and genuine individuals I’ve ever encountered in my life. He takes tremendous pride in his work, knows his customers by name. I waited while the brake pads were installed and witnessed Ali’s interactions with a few other customers. He treated everyone like family. It’s truly old school and extremely impressive. Came in with my car and it has a very hard problem to fix but Mr. Ali worked hard on it all day and fixed with for little to no cost of the price compared to everywhere else. Definitely recommend coming to him to help fix your car problems and for tests.
