When your child gets into their first accident, as a parent you have enough stress going on. You don't need more when it comes to getting their car fixed. Thankfully the folks at Classic Collision made sure I didn't feel extra stress. The level of service that I got was incredible. Hello, I’m writing to address an issue that occurred today 12-9-26 when my wife attempted to get an estimate for our 2014 white Chevy Sonic. She called ahead and was told to come in, but when she arrived, Dalbert refused to provide an estimate unless the vehicle was being dropped off for immediate repairs. He also would not allow her to explain that the estimate was needed for Turo so the responsible guest could pay before we scheduled the repair. When she called me, the same thing happened—Dalbert repeatedly cut me off and stated he would not provide an estimate unless we left the vehicle. This is inconsistent with our recent experience at your shop. Just a few days ago, another associate provided an estimate for our 2020 black Toyota Corolla with no issues, and that repair—over $3,000—is
