Great service, they were very helpful to me as I have never had an accident. Kept me informed anytime something was done on my car, and it was ready ahead of the projected date! I will definitely use them again! And I highly recommend them!! The girls walked me through every step including the final review of my fixed automobile.

Kendrick Paint & Body is FANTASTIC… and their People, Service, Support even BETTER! I had an accident just prior to moving to Augusta. My vehicle was drivable, just ugly, as the vast majority of my damage was Cosmetic… but “A Lot” at that! I was unable to have repairs made prior to my relocation, so I called Ford in advance to get a recommendation. The local Ford does not provide body work, but without hesitation I was referred to Kendrick! Kendrick was able to take my vehicle in the 1st day I arrived in town. They did a fantastic job from start to finish. Everyone was helpful from check-in and completion. Very friendly front office staff and communication by the team was always being done. The repairs were completed early and the job was very well done. Someone had damaged my car and it was a new Volvo so I wanted a certified Volvo shop and went with Kendricks who was the only one listed. I am very happy I did.

A month and a half to replace a rear quarter panel. (Response) Your response is what i am talking about. You had my truck for a month and a half with no communication and when I kept calling for updates im pretty sure it was straight lies considering nothing was done to my truck until I came down personally to put a face to the problem, then it was another 2 weeks. Do your research people and hope for a better body shop.

I'm thankful for them fixing everything but I had to take my car back like five different times for various things. I must say the front desk lady was very polite and pleasant. I normally do great business with Kendrick's and I never had a problem with their customer service. I understand tests have to be run on my vehicle but when I pick up my vehicle I don't expect my gas light to be on. I think this time around my experience was not great alot of it was unacceptable.
