The Classic Collision team, Drew in particular, were great to work with. I had gotten in my first accident, and was worried about the end result. The truck looks better than it did before the accident... and dang I love this truck. Drew was communicative with any update, they hit the deadlines that were provided, and the came back with my truck like new. Very professional and thorough. Everything was explained in detail, and all of my questions were answered clearly. I was also happy they resolved my red light/engine indicator issue. My car was well taken care of and even washed. I would recommend them to everyone. Being in Memphis and not originally from here, I’ve noticed that many companies can be unprofessional and lack care—but that was not the case here. You truly care, and it shows. You are the best. I had the BEST experience with these people!!! My car was ready SO fast (it took 5 days) and I was super duper happy with how it looked! They made it look like nothing ever happened!! And with insurance the price was GREAT! They were super nice and amazing! My car came in clean just a little dirt and they vacuumed the inside!! Super helpful company! If something ever happens again I will DEFINITELY return! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Great place to take your vehicle for repairs. Good quality work and good Falks. I took my 2019 F150 for a damaged in the back and looks great, also they matched the bumpers and looks like factory finish. Don’t hesitate
