This was one of the easiest car purchase I have ever made. They were straight forward in the complete sale. Randy was very easy to talk to and did not once pressure me to do anything. He made me feel my being there was most important to him. He knew his job very well and in my opinion knew what he could and could not tell. THIS IS HOW CAR SALE SHOULD GO!!

I found a couple 2026 Chevy Traverses at your dealership online before we came so I kind of knew what I was looking for. We were greeted right away by Chris. We looked at the RS and the High Country. Chris explained the differences in the two. He was very helpful. We chose to drive the RS and I loved it! We left to drive a few more cars at other dealerships but came back to Serra for the RS. Jeremy helped us from that point and he did a great job! We were in and out in about two hours. He took the time to tell me about all the gadgets, apps, etc. in the vehicle and we took it for a spin so he could show me how the super cruise worked. We had a great experience.

What a great experience. We stopped by just to take a look at a vehicle we were interested in. We had no intention of making a purchase that day. We wanted to see if it was what we wanted and then decide later if we wanted to move forward. Our salesman Derrick Tucker was great, no high pressure tactics, he was very professional and friendly. Derrick gave us space to look around without being under foot but was readily available with any questions we had. General Manager Joe Underwood came and talked to us. He was honest and a straight shooter and we really appreciated that. Que McBride in Finance was so professional and personable and quick. I wouldn’t give the overall dealership a one star, I will them five. My salesman took very good care of me and the process was fast and smooth! I give it a one star because of the service department. I bought my 2025 Equinox Activ, April of this year and it I love it and gave me no Problems. October 28th my check engine light came on and the Chevy app told me it was something in the Throttle system control, I called the service department because they didn’t have appointments available for weeks, the woman on the phone said I can bring in that day but it’ll have to stay for a week. I was annoyed but fine with it cause it’s a week. When I arrived my advisor told me it’ll be two weeks, I wasn’t ready to hear that.
