Classic Collision

I had my vehicle repaired here after a rear-end accident, and unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with the results. The color on the replaced parts doesn’t match the rest of the vehicle, the trunk bolts weren’t painted at all, and the bumper was installed poorly — there are large visible gaps in several places. For a professional repair shop, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. Since this body shop was recommended by my insurance company, I’ll be contacting them to report these issues and suggest they review their partnership to prevent situations like this in the future.

WARNING!! Stay away from this insurance company chop shop if you have a high end car or you care about your car. I left my car with an estimate I told them to call me if they thought I might be a total loss. After a few day FARMERS insurance calls me telling me clean out my car they turn in a 10000k repair bill on a low impact deer with no frame damage with no actual bumper damage no unusual damage what so ever drove the car to them with no problems. They were going to steal my low mileage car make a killing off of it and give me pennies on the dollar value.. STAY AWAY FROM HERE! Side note they charge me a 391.00 fee to even be able to come back and get my car with a hard fight and they left parts off laying in my floor board

On 2/25/2026, after parking and about to get out, I had an unfortunate wind incident with my driver side door being slung and stuck into the side of the SUV next to me. Next the SUV starts to pull forward with my door still stuck, this caused it to be misaligned and driver door wouldn’t close correctly. Called my dealership and they recommended Classic Collision to fix it. Thankfully Classic Collision has a location in Braselton. The following day/morning on 2/26/2026, I came to this location as it was closer to me and advised what happened to see if they’re able to realign it. After speaking with the Office Manager Angie, Service Advisor Kyle came out to assess and he took my car around for further inspection. Absolutely amazing repair to our 2007 Mazda Miata. Got hit by the front tire of a tree-service dump truck on GA-400 and this team used their mad skills to make our car look even better than it did before the accident. Super appreciative for their consistent follow-up and for putting us at ease from day 1.

Although I don’t like leaving 1-star reviews, I feel this experience is important to share. When I dropped off my fairly new Mustang Mach-E, I was concerned someone might be tempted to test how fast it runs. To be safe, I photographed the mileage and range before leaving the car. When I picked it up, I was shocked to see the car had been driven 43 miles and the range had dropped by 75 miles — something that only happens with very hard acceleration. Their explanation was that they had to take the car to a dealership about 14 miles away and that the technician was “in a hurry” to get through heavy traffic. That doesn’t account for the excessive mileage or the extreme battery drain. If you care about how your vehicle is treated, be cautious about leaving it at this collision center.
