This was an insurance claim. They were very professional. They kept me informed on everything they did with my truck. It was finished before the date we discussed. They went over everything they did to my truck. I was even allowed to leave my rental with them. I recommend Classic Collision as a great place to do body repair business. I will be a repeat if nesscessary.

Five Stars is viewed as high quality service. If I could I'd rate Classic Collision at Seven Stars. Why? Look at the provided photos. Brand new replacement rear quarter panels are no longer available for my 2009 Ford Ranger. Undaunted, these folks hammered out the damage using the original panel that suffered the accident damage. Can you see any residual dings or dents? Neither can anyone else!!! These folks are metal magicians..... And... let's not overlook their paint shop - their efforts beautifully blended everything together for a great looking 16 year old truck.

I have used Classic Collision several times as well as formerly 2 Guys. They have done fantastic work. They will work to use the best, most cost effective parts available. They provide detailed input and feedback throughout the repair process. They use text, voicemail, and email to communicate status updates throughout the process in addition to open communication when you contact them. The quality of their fit and final finishes are outstanding and warrantied. I have not had to return for fixes with the various repairs they completed on multiple vehicles.

Excellent customer service. If you’re looking to feel at ease and not worry, Classic Collision is the way to go. Very dependable. Was able to get my vehicle towed there Christmas Eve with no problem. I got my car back before the scheduled time. I was informed both electronically and by a customer service rep throughout the process.
