Hello to all, What can I say about Nationwide Dent in California Md. they were awesome. Ms. Lisa was just great she helped get my Pastors wheel fix that had a crack in it. Forgot the welder name and he looked at it and he was not a problem we got you. He had all the dime size welds and it was nice and clean. I scheduled dent repair and hood scratch removal with an estimated price range of $500–$600. We agreed on the scope and scheduled a 9:00 AM drop-off. The technician did not begin assessing my vehicle until after 12:00 PM. While the work was underway, I received a call stating that buffing the hood to remove scratches — which I clearly understood to be included in the original estimate — would require an additional $125. I was told they would not honor the agreed pricing. When I spoke with the owner (Danny), he stated that the scratches were never included and that his estimator and secretary would confirm that. We had a small dent on the trunk of our car, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The customer service was excellent, great communication, reasonable pricing, and quick turnaround. I recently curbed my rim on my new GMC Acadia. I was so upset and you would have thought the world was ending 😂 I had heard from several people including my sister and coworker to use Nationwide. I submitted an inquiry online and was contacted the next day. I went to the California location during my lunch break. Lisa greeted me immediately when I walked in the door, and got a quote and scheduled an appointment, all less than 10 minutes. My rim looks like NOTHING ever happened!
