Classic Collision

I can’t thank this Classic Collision enough. After visiting three other shops who either turned me away or gave me the runaround, they were the only ones who actually took my Jeep in, handled the repairs, and took care of the entire insurance process. Their communication was constant and clear, and every person I interacted with was kind, patient, and genuinely empathetic. Thank you especially to Stacy and Amy! What felt like a completely hopeless situation ended with my Jeep fully restored and looking better than ever. I’m so grateful for their professionalism, honesty, and the care they put into their work. I highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs—you’ll be in good hands.

This is State Farms preferred shop. I took it here thinking the preferred shop would work with the insurance company to fix it at a good price for the insurance company. They towed my car to Mt. Pleasant location after I dropped it off, they asked and I gave them permission. The quote I got to repair was $8,500 which resulted in my car getting totaled even though it was drivable. I took my vehicle to a collision center in Orangeburg and their quote was $3500...less than half the price and my ca got fixed. If you take you car here, get a 2nd opinion somewhere else. The workers were nice so that is why they get two stars.

Communication was excellent (Text messages and phone calls). The team demonstrates professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail, exceeded expectations by cleaning vehicles inside and out. Timeliness is strong, with my repair was completed ahead of schedule, though some delays occurred due to parts availability. Dwayne(Dewayne) was very helpful and kept me informed. Update: The car has been taken back several times to no avail. Car is making a ticking sound when you drive over 45, piece over the wiper flapping, the driver door makes an atrocious sound(had to climb across the seat to get in or push down on the fender). They didn’t even drive the car to see/hear wrist the issue is. This is unacceptable.
