Classic Collision

A drunk driver ran into our vehicle. To ensure quality work, we always had our vehicles (many) repaired by Serrano's. This time was no different. However, Serrano's had already transitioned to Classic Collision. Since some of the former employees stayed with Classic Collision, we decided to give them an opportunity to secure many years of future business. Long story short, there were issues securing payment from the drunk drivers insurance. We are still working through the courts today. My wife receives a call from Rick (Classic Collision) and he says that he's calling for payment. Although we're still trying to secure funding from the insurance company of the drunk driver, I understand as a business you need bills to be paid. Amazing place, super friendly and professional. They took care of everything thru the insurance. Vehicle was ready as promised on time and looking like brand new. Highly recommended.

They did a great job! We have used this place several times over the years when it was Seranos, so we were hoping it would live up to that quality, and it did. My only gripe, and is probably more with insurance company than them, is my pin striping doesn’t “exactly “ match all the way down the side. Color is off a little where old meets new.

Update: The owner of the shop made things right. Although it cost over $4000 and 20 weeks at the Land Rover shop, it is fixed and the paint job does look great. Thank you for taking the time to listen and make sure that the right thing was done! The vehicle was dirty when returned. It looked like someone had been smoking in my vehicle and the sunroof no longer works.

I was in an accident and the shop got my car in the next day and completed the repairs waaaaaay ahead a schedule. The communication was clear and timely and the service was excellent. I hope I never need them again- but if I do, I’m going straight to Classic Collision.
