I just had a terrible experience at this location on Friday, October 31, 2025 at approximately 11 am. We arrived at the location to pick up the keys to our car and were immediately greeted by attitude from the purple-haired receptionist. She, in her words, thought we were "weird" because we did not want to detail our plans for removing the vehicle from the property, as if that were any of her business. The manager, Tina, then decided to come out and double down on the attitude. The receptionist kept running her mouth to us, and instead of telling her employee to stop talking, she tells us to stop talking, as if they did not work for us. She then held our keys hostage for over 10 minutes, grabbed some paperwork out of the vehicle, gave us none of that paperwork (nor any paperwork), and the
