My boyfriend dropped off his car on October 9, 2025. They told him it would be 2-4 weeks. He needed to get some things out of his car, as it was taking too long. All the old parts were inside his car?? He finally picked it up on November 18, 2025 . . . two days shy of 6 weeks. He then checked on the gun safe in his car to make sure the batteries were still good, and saw that one of them broke into the safe but did not take the gun. Why would you put the old parts in the car to scratch it up on the inside?? And haven't you taught your workers that you don't touch what doesn't belong to you?? Very disappointed with the terrible work done and disrespect. The invoice is attached.

I received my estimate the same day, along with a thorough explanation of everything that needed to be done. The repairs were completed in a timely manner, and they even went the extra mile to secure OEM parts — despite the insurance company denying them. Just a heads up for any Carvana shoppers: I purchased a car on Carvana and the car was damaged when they delivered it with some minor scraping above the Liftgate. Silver Rock, The warranty company for Carvana send me a list of approved body shops to do the repair work. The repair was already approved by Silver Rock. I went to classic collision, Was the top company on the list that Silver rock provided me for repairs, on a Thursday for them to give me a quote and they said they would let me know within 24 hours. Fast forward four business days, and I had not heard anything So I gave them a call. They said they never received the repair quote from Me or silver rock, And that they would prefer I take the car somewhere else to have the work done because they dont like working with silver ro
