Classic Collision

I just wanted to let others know how great my experience was at Classic Collision! My car was backed into and State Farm uses them as a preferred repair shop and I am glad they did. Mike couldn't have treated me better! His communication and customer service is outstanding!!! This is the type of customer service that you just don't find anymore. Mike really does go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with the end job. My car looks better than it did when I brought it to them. The whole staff there is friendly and treats you like family. I will highly recommend them to anyone with a need for collision repair.

I had gotten into a fender bender with someone and was recommended Classic Collision and from now on, I’m going to recommend them too. They were respectful, knowledgeable, communicative, and professional in every step of the service. When I originally had brought the car in the gentleman behind the counter, Bailey, let me know he would have the teardown done the same day and get parts ordered ASAP. The parts took a minute (as to be expected), but when I got the car back it was in a better condition overall than when I turned it in. They’ve done a great job with the paint and headlight replacement, and even washed the car! If you ever get into an accident or need body work, call these guys first. Their shop is a little tough to get to but it’s beyond worth it.

My vechile was brought here after an accident and I was told by Mike it would be ready in 2 weeks. I guess Mike left the company shortly after and over a month and a half went by and I received no information as to what was going on, and I had to call the shop myself multiple times to ask for updates. After I receive the car back, my backseats were dirty with black marks from something, and there was trash from the accident left in the trunk of my car. The quality of the repairs was good, no complains there but I was honestly just disappointed with the overall quality of everything, the cleanliness and way they returned my car and the communication of the shop. Just be honest with timelines, I understand parts can be delayed or not right but when you’re not calling your customer to let the
