Excellent repair work and excellent customer service. This is such a friendly, honest, and professional shop. I cannot recommend them highly enough, especially Tony who made sure my car was immaculately clean inside and out when I picked it up and he even buffed out some minor scratches for me for free. Oh, and my car was ready a full week in advance! Very happy with the entire experience. I'll never go anywhere else for auto body repairs.
Absolutely awful experience here, these guys wanted to charge me 16k for repairs, got it done for 6k at 7 star auto body. Seriously the manager will lie through his teeth while shaking like a wet dog. Avoid entirely if your paying any part of your repairs.
I got into accident and the other persons insurance was covering all the repairs. Classical collision took care of my car from A-to-Z. They were replaced all the parts, kept me updated from day one, washed and clean my car before handing it to me. This was probably the smoothest experience I have ever had while repairing the car. Anna was very helpful, professional, always in touch and providing updates. My Tesla has a cracked windshield so I will definitely be back to replace it both classic collision. Being able to fix your car with no headache whatsoever and without constantly calling the body shop worth a lot.
My experience with classic car collision was exceptional. We had to repair our front bumper and chose to pay out of pocket. Martin was great. He was thorough, clear, communicative, and honest throughout the process. We were informed each step of the way by him and auto-text. I recommend that everyone use this classic collision location for their auto-body repair needs. I liked that they were practical, choosing to resuse parts of the front bumper that were not damaged rather wastefully replacing everything. We're happy with our experience with classic collision and Martin specifically.
This is the best collision repair shop in the valley. Excellent customer service and exemplary work. I won't take our cars anywhere else!
