Classic Collision

I had hit a raccoon on my way to work and it did some essessive damage. Classic Collision was the shop I choose and they did a remarkable job on my lil Blueberry!! My car was even detailed when I picked her up!!! The timeline to pick up my car was right on schedule!! The staff at classic collision is very informative, kind, caring,and very welcoming!!! From the moment I stepped foot in classic collision, kaitlyn and Kevin has been a godsend to my vehicles recovery. I've never experienced a collision like this before and Kevin was there with answers and a caring heart. He guided me to getting a rental I never knew I could get through my claim. Kaitlyn was there and answered all of my questions as to my cars journey through their system. They both handled my situation with care and grace. I'm ever thankful for them. I was in an accident & not at fault. The other insurace suggested Classic Collision. The initial scheduling was quick & easy. The receptionist who checked me in & the manager who assessed my car were both very friendly & informative. The other insurance decided to total my car out, & I purchased it back & was advised to pick it up today. I get there & my car is in pieces. It was *not* like that when I dropped it off. Everything was functional & intact. I had to reconnect both of my tail lights. The bumper was hanging off, ripped. I could not reattach the bumper due to the clips being broken. Avoid Classic Collision. If you ever wanted to experience what it feels like to pick up your car in several convenient bite-sized pieces—apparently that’s the specialty here. After weeks of waiting, I was basically told, “We can give you your car… but like a Lego set someone already stepped on. The rest? That’s your responsibility.” I came in for collision repair, not a scavenger hunt.
