Classic Collision

Classic Collision was one of the Progressive recommended body shops to use when we had to make a claim after we got into an accident with our 2021 Honda Ridgeline. I have nothing to say but good things about my experience with them. The initial appointment making and drop off were painless and quick. I was a bit disappointed when I was told my car would likely not be ready until well after New Year, but I did appreciate them communicating that up-front. Martin regularly updated me on the status of the repairs and I was pleasantly surprised when he called on Christmas Eve that my car was ready. Under promise and over deliver, I always say. I can't say enough of Martin and his term here. Took my car in after a minor accident thar destroyed my whole front bumper, and chose this location from a list my insurance provided. The whole process was quick (about 2 weeks). My car looks brand new and I couldn't be happier. Martin went above beyond with his service, understanding, and friendliness during the whole process. I had a great experience with Classic Collision. Everyone was very nice and helpful, especially Martin and the woman at the front desk. I can’t remember the name of the gentleman who returned my car, but he went above and beyond by retinting my window after the tow truck (provided by the insurance, not Classic Collision) messed it up. They’ve been great throughout the whole process and I really appreciate their excellent service!

They did me a huge solid yesterday & fixed my car right away. They saved my holidays & gave me essentially an early Christmas miracle!! I will always go to this place for my auto repairs and highly recommend it to all my friends. Quick, easy, affordable, considerate! 5/5 stars!!!
