Incredibly disappointed with the service at this location. Ricardo was the person I spoke with, and his handling of the situation left much to be desired. My daughter and I decided to give Mazda a try after another shop suggested an alignment for a squeak she was hearing when turning the vehicle. We noticed their advertised alignment special for $109, which included an inspection, so we thought it would be worth a visit. To our surprise, Ricardo seemed completely unaware of the promotion. He told my daughter the price was $135 and then tried to add another $199 for a diagnostic—despite the fact that their own advertising clearly states inspections are complimentary. I was greeted by the delightful Aisha who personally took care of my situation. The paint on the driver side had a yellow stain. Another Mazda dealer ship in the Orlando area was quick to dismiss my concerns for fixing this paint job in any way. Not Classic Mazda Julie , the service manager,took care of me personally. I was there bringing in a new car that a family member just bought from their lot. It said on the dash "Malfunction" so I called them to make an appointment for that and an issue with the key fob and scheduled me the next day. They did a good job of getting me in and out in a timely manner. The staff was very polite. I also had mentioned another issue I had noticed which they tended to and diagnosed, they need to replace the exhaust (on a brand new car bought with 500 miles that just hit 1000 miles...like what? How? Why? Ugh!) Anyway, they came and got me and told me they fixed the initial issues but with the exhaust issue, they needed to order the part which would arrive in a couple days.
