Classic Smog

Extremely rude!!! As soon as I walked in an elderly man greeted me with, “papers! papers!” And then proceeded to try to snatch them out of my hand. I made him aware that I was trying to retire the vehicle through California. He asked me for keys and proceeded to try to move the car and it turned off. He got out of the car and told me bring it back when it runs. I told him That I could move it for him wherever he wanted, So I did. The vehicle Failed the smog check with a “not ready”. I asked him if I could get a retest to try to get a straight “fail” In case the bar program asked for it. He responded that he would not recheck my car unless it passed..??.. Throughout the whole process, he was very rude and just seem like he was trying to make a Quick dollar. I returned Monday at about 330 an

I used to chase coupons and discounts until I came to this shop. It's small and a little out of the way, but the customer service is fantastic. The folks here are always patient, attentive and kind. Whenever my car has had trouble passing, they have been helpful. Prices are fair. Years later, I'm still a loyal customer and my review still holds true.
