I can see why the Review Score for this Company is so low! Purchased an Item on eBay. Several Days later, my Money was refunded without explanation. I messaged the Seller, who told me that they had made a pricing error. They arbitrarily cancelled the Sale! Item was on eBay for several Days at the Price I purchased it for. When I questioned the Seller, they would not respond further. eBay is of little help with this. Waiting for a Supervisor to call me back. Oh, and writing a glowing 5-Star Review with the usual "I'm not sure what is going on with the other people..." is not the thing to do, Tim! Read their Reviews! The saleswoman is rude and difficult to deal with. She is mean spirited and hateful in the way she talks to customers. They wanted to charge a return fee on an order that hasn’t yet been shipped from their warehouse. She refused to refund my money even though I followed the return process. I opened a case with PayPal and she then lied to me and told me that my case had to be closed before she could refund me. I finally got my money back from pursuing a case with PayPal. She was trying to get me to close the case so that she could keep my money. Avoid dealing with this company at all costs.

I'm not sure exactly what was going on with the other people who wrote reviews, but I had a very good experience with this company. I ordered from them two times. First time was for some drainage tubes for a '68 T-bird, and the second time was for some exhaust manifolds for the same car. I even called to verify I was ordering the correct manifolds. Yes, I got a lady, but she was nice to me, and made sure I was ordering the part. As for the address issue, yes the parts got shipped to my house instead of my business, but that is on PAYPAL, not the company. Make sure you update your addresses in your PAYPAL account to get it shipped to the right place. I will definitely order from these people again.

I had planned to buy a switch from this company and the saleswoman said the shipping was $75. I was shocked and had to confirm she said the right amount. I said I understand there are addition cost of shipping other than postage but I was expecting $15-$30(a small item the size of a spray paint can). She said since you are unhappy with the shipping cost, we will not accept credit card payment, If you want the item send me a money order $275 and rudely hung up the phone. ***Money Orders have no buyer protection.*** Who knows if I would get the item or if would be any good.

Avoid!!! Placed an order online through paypal as their site directed. After order placed noted shipping address was an old one despite the fact we routinely use paypal with our current address. This business had closed for the day so I immediately sent an email apologizing and followed up with a call the next morning. The woman answering the phone was very rude and stated there was no need for my call since I had emailed. No, that's okay or thanks for your business and for letting us know ASAP. I let it go as everyone has a bad day and thanked her for the talking to me. Later the same day I receive the shipping confirmation still stating the incorrect address. I call to confirm it is actually going to the correct address and am told by the same woman that I should have put the address cha
