It is so unfortunate when you have a car wreck☹️. And unfortunately, I've had two in the past year. But Don Davis Body Shop (Aluminum certified) is one of the BEST, professional and efficient auto body shops I've ever experienced! They will do a phenomenal job getting your vehicle looking back like "Brand new"! I am so pleased with their services. I received updates 2-3x a week on the status of our vehicle. Thank you Ken Mitchell for running an upstanding business.

I was in a car accident. Took my truck here for repairs . I was told it would take a couple of days because they had to order parts... now it’s been 4days. I was told it will be ready probably after the weekend and the middle or end of the following week . Not too happy about it so far .

So many "misatkes", for just a little ding in a bumper! Ken took care to make the experience as good as he could. He is the reason they received 2 stars. I think next time I will find a no name shop. I am still fixing things they screwed up, inside the truck. Never got an answer as to why my after market pieces were in such disarray. Three bumper orders and 3 months later, it still looks a tad bit off. Upside, they did help pay for a week of car rental.

If you need auto body repair Ken and the other staff were amazing. He was professional, understanding and was the best advocate dealing with the insurance and the repair. He kept me informed of the progress and they did a fabulous job on the repairs . If I could give them 10 stars If I could. I would recommend them for anyone trying to get auto body repair.

I really regret having to put lower stars here because they’re doing a lot of things right. They did a wonderful job on the body of my car and gave me constant updates through the process. However, just before I dropped my car off my engine light turned on and my car stuttered while shifting gears. When I brought it in I made special mention of this and asked them to look at it while working on all the other body parts. When I came back to get my car, the engine light was off, so I assumed all was well. A day after I brought it home, the light came back on. I called the Body Shop and they told me that the check engine light read as an error that had been cleared by a previous mechanic, so they just cleared the alert and didn’t look into it any further, even though I specifically notified
