Big thanks and gratitude is in order for this particular department. My SantaFe needed an engine replacement due to certain engine component failure. Larry, took us through the entire process with Hyundai and Triton Protect, and was able to have the works covered in full other than recommended parts to replace, with labor, and provided us with a loaner vehicle for 2 weeks. We have been primarily a Ford family with a Fusion, and Mustang models, but with how Texoma Hyundai has treated us my husband is strongly interested in buying new with Hyundai in the future.

Cam, in the Parts Department, helped me locate a replacement part for my 2019 Hyundai Kona SEL over the phone as I was headed through town. I was able to pay for / pick up the part I needed from Parts & Service that same day and continue on my way, with plans to replace it myself once I got to where I was going. The service department area was very busy when I arrived to buy the part, but I didn’t have to wait long in order to be helped. The service department waiting area is beautiful and bright. They offer FREE bottled water, coffee, soda, and snacks for folks while they wait. Plenty of comfortable chairs to sit in while you wait. Overall, it was a positive experience. Josh Roberts all but did handstands getting me approved for an awesome car. Very kind, very professional, with a great sense of humor. The rest of the staff was supportive and worked hard for other customers. I didn't get a chance to thank the sales manager, but I will. Great experience!!!!
