I had a mecanicle issue where is had to pay 3 thousand for a repair, after they said they fixed it 3 days later engine overheated so I had to take days off, have it towed bc the mecha ice scott rupert said the mechanics did not tighten a hose but I was promised a free oil change but I ended up getting g a new vehicle 4 months later and they wld not honor the promiss of a free oil change since new car was not nissan even tho they said they mistake was theirs. I had to spend money on a tow and use my pto on their mistake yet they won't honor what they promised. Done w courtesy nissan

I received this letter in the mail (hand written) by Mr. Gus McGriff about my 2021 Nissan NV 2500 commercial vehicle and I went down there to see what kind of offer (within reason) they would offer me because it specifically states ABOVE MARKET VALUE but when I got there I never spoke nor seen Mr. McGriff, General Manager but I was meet but the sells manager who can back with an offer of only $10,500 when my vehicle is valued (even at a minimum $17,000). SMH 🤥 Now, I see why a lot of people have given them one star ⭐️ reviews recently

Ordered several parts here over a period of weeks. Very good prices on parts, however, shipped an expensive defective part and stopped communicating instead of making it right. Failed to to ship a $3.40 washer and instead of sending it or crediting my card, choose to break-off communications again. Wish I could continue to order parts here, but can’t count on them.
