Clean Car Wash

Chase followed up with a call after my visit—excellent customer service! It’s refreshing to see a business that truly cares about their customers and takes the time to follow up. Great experience at Clean Car Wash in Kalispell. Highly recommend!

Waited for someone who worked there to clean one of the bays for an hour at the busiest time of day. No other bays were open and I got out for my car to see how much longer it was going to take him and he said "if u didn't like it go somewhere else" and he was vary disrespectful. I have had other problems with workers there before, will not be going back ever again

After riding the North Fork on a rainy day (iykyk) there was 3" of mud caked all over my truck. Decided to wait until morning to rinse it off. Big mistake!!! It turned to concrete overnight. Luckily the power washers at Clean Car Wash were able to handle it. Took over an hour to get it off, but cost only $7. Best part, they take credit cards. No more feeding the machine with quarters!!!

Went thru this morning for a quick cleaning from the weekend of dust. I normally am happy with the results, but not the best result today of cleaning, and then the suds are still on it when I get to the office. the Ultimate Wash service was less than good. I should have scrubbed it in the nice manual stalls so partially my fault being lazy. The place is always clean and works when I go in normally. the one time I ever had an issue, they were super responsive and solved it.
